Incident is the 838th xkcd comic.
When using the Linux operating system, someone can do a command ("su" in this case) with the administrator (root)'s permission. When root gives someone permission to do something with their permission, they are added to the sudoers file. If you type a "sudo" command and your user isn't in the sudoers file, the message "User is not in the sudoers file. This incident will be reported." However, it does not seem to report the incident to anyone. If the incident is not reported to root, or another user, or the FBI, then who is it reported to?
"He sees you when you're sleeping, he knows when you're awake, he's copied on /var/spool/mail/root, so be good for goodness' sake."
